What is the criteria to know if my product is eligible for refund/replacement?

What happens if I miss the time required for return request?

Sorry, returns are not possible after the 7 days’ return period. You can reach our team for further questions 24/7 under customer@awamimarket.com.pk.

If you experience issues after Awami Market’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

How shall I pack my parcel so it arrives you in adequate condition for return policy?

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Awami Market packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Is there any provision to track my return request?

  • If you requested a pick up, we will send you a tracking number by SMS after the pickup has been arranged. You can then follow your refund or replacement request by entering the tracking number at tracking.awamimarket.com.pk.
  • If you requested a drop off, please use the blue-EX consignment number to track your returned order on blue-EX tracking

Who will pay the shipping charges when I request to return my product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to Awami Market

What are other options if my return request is not accepted?

If your return request does not meet Awami Market Return Policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

What time it takes to receive my replacement?

  • It will take between 10 - 18 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location
  • Please refer to the product page on awamimarket.com.pk for further information about delivery time

How long will it take to get my refund back and how will I get that?

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Will I be refunded the shipping charge I paid when returning a product?

Yes, the refunded amount would also include the shipping amount you were charged.
